aFe Universal Clamp On Filters aFe builds a wide range of universal clamp on filters, all to the same exacting standards. Progressive media provides superior protection. Extra deep pleats and special pleat geometry maximize air flow. Inverted filter tops and Pro-Guard 7™ are optional in select sizes. Integral velocity stacks accelerate flow into the tube with minimal aerodynamic loss. Velocity stack filters flow more than standard filters, but require a longer flange and wider filter base. Modified velocity stack filters are used where space is a concern or where there is already a velocity stack at the filter/tube transition.
