Cylinder Head 12mm & 14mm A1 head studs All head stud kits include:
12mm (up to 80 psi): Made from 4340 material & have black oxide finish, 190 ksi min. 14mm* (80psi & up): Made from H-11 & have a glass bead finish, 220 ksi min. *14mm require drilling & tapping of the block & reaming of the head. It is recommended that you have a qualified machine shop do this. Head gasket with fire rings Copper head gaskets by special order Custom porting: Available with and without intake plumb up to 60% more flow than stock, options for oversized valves in stainless & Inconel in all ported heads. Pistons We have several different pistons available, depending on your application. Pistons are available as stock, coated, or competition grade. Heat Treated Connecting Rods w/Heavy Duty Bolts Recommended for RPMs exceeding 4500 or Boost in excess of 80 psi. Crankshafts We offer crankshafts balanced & counterweighted, offset ground for more stroke for increased displacement, & billet for extreme RPM and boost exceeding 120 psi. Custom Engine Building We offer custom engine building service from short block assembly to complete long block assembly. Full shop service available for in truck service.
