57% more cooling surface area & a 33% thicker core (2.68" vs. 2"), the Cool-It increases cooling effectiveness to approximately 90%, compared to only 70% for the stock intercooler. That can mean a temperature reduction of up to 200° F. over the stock intercooler. At the same time, the 36% larger inlet & discharge tubes (3.125" vs. 2.625") can handle up to 90 psi of boost & over 1500 cfm, while holding pressure drop to less than 1 psi.
The core size is 2.68" x 28" x 26". The intercooler end tanks are precision hand welded for increased strength & a beautiful finish.
Increased air flow, reduced air intake temperature, lower EGT's & higher HP are all what you can expect with the Cool It Intercooler. All kits come complete with high-pressure hoses & clamps.
